Sales Representative and Business Manager, Laurie Richards, joined the team to take over the management of Marketing, Technical Requirements and Administration. Laurie works closely with Buyers and Vendors on behalf of Paul and Debbie and occasionally works with her own clients. Laurie's background as multi-skilled Senior Manager with over 14 years of experience in Technical and Administrative Operations, Logistics, Special Events, Marketing Management and Purchasing Co-ordination in a high volume and deadline oriented environment creates value for Paul, Debbie, Buyers and Sellers.

Sales Representative and Buyer Agent, Debbie Fitzgerald, has been working for Paul since 1998. Debbie has worked in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years. She originally worked as a branch administrator with Royal Lepage. Debbie, true to her entrepreneurial spirit, was on the cutting edge of assistant to sales agents. Debbie freelanced with several Royal Lepage Agents before working with Paul. While working as an assistant to Paul she decided to pursue her real estate license. The rest is history. Debbie has a winning and warm personality and is truly genuine in her interest for her buyers. She works diligently to get her clients the best deal and the most comfort to suit their lifestyle and budget.
